We can also assist with preparing the family home for sale or rent.  This service can form part of our initial quotation or be available for a separate consultation after the move.  We are happy to work within the needs and time frames of our clients.

Home Harmony service for safe living

Our tidy and clean up service is ideal for families, health care and community organisations to assist elderly people who are living in ‘busy and full’ conditions that impair safe living.

This service offer includes:
  • A safety assessment of the property in question.
  • The co-ordination and facilitation of all the components required to complete the job. This may also include cleaning and tidying up, garden maintenance, sale of items to second hand dealers etc…
  • Rationalising living space to maximise safe living and ambulation
  • Preparing an inventory of all possessions, furniture, and other items if required.
  • Preparing the property for sale or rent if it is a deceased estate.

Deceased estate management

Our dedicated service that provides assistance to solicitors, trust & administrative companies and executors of deceased estates.

We can help with any of the following matters:
  • Find bequests nominated in the deceased’s will
  • Contact beneficiaries who are to receive the bequests
  • Organise delivery of these bequests to beneficiaries
  • Prepare an inventory of the chattels
  • Sort contents of the home into categories
  • Organise goods to be sold on behalf of the estate
